I remember this show! I was dressed as Max, King of the Wild Things and danced my monkey butt off. It remains one of the best shows I ever went to!

This is a band associated with a church somewhere near Church Hill! They don’t come around much anymore. I’ll ask my husband if he knows what Church they are associated with. They were mighty fine at the time.

I was with you in spirit, Bruce, Carol, Harry and theatre people and lovers. I agree, Firehouse is a living entity, but I am not sure I recognize it now. Richmond is a small town with a superabundance of artists, thanks to VCU. Artists are very savvy culture consumers, a bellwether for the larger audience. We would do well to listen.

Its hard to believe I missed this comment for 12 years! Thanks for your query. The performance was titled Dictation. The historian dictated the story of the Milk Bottle Art Studios and I listened and wrote it as he read it.
