ur solution is best but i dont have the smd capicitor/ resistor on that place..so how can i make jumper . i think it was lost ... only that particular part is missing.. kindly tell me the value of that resistor / capicitor .. so that i can fix the light problem..

One side ground one side reading point area place capasitor for protection. One side open one side reading place 0ohm resistor.....
