The Americans and British are retiring a lot of ships and nuclear subs early some of which are only a few year old or have just undergone extensive refits, why are we not buying some of them as a stop gap until our new ones can be built? Why is our government decommissioning ships at a rate of one every two months when they know we won't have new ships for at least 10 plus years, none of this makes sense if our enemies are ready to strike now?

I was a huge fan of Oroton about 10years ago i had several bags and wallets as well. Unfortunately I had a very bad experience when trying to exchange a brand new bag after noticing there was a slight wear/damage on the bottom corner of the Oroton gold plaque. It wasnt very obvious and in fact a more senior SA couldn't tell my bag from another bag that a junior brought out for me. The senior SA plonked my bag very hard on the counter and very roughly started searching the pockets and corners of the bag, I think trying to find evidence that I had used it. When she couldn't find any evidence, she then started clicking at her computer screen, I think trying to find excuses to refuse the exchange. She then said I was out of the 14 day return time, but when I questioned her about the dates, she then brushed it off and said she thought I had bought it at an earlier date. She eventually allowed me to exchange the bag but with a very antagonistic attitude. She cluldve just nicely said that she had to ensure the bag met the company's return policy and proceed to inspect it etc but it was more her anger from the moment she heard I wanted to exchange the bag and the roughness that she treated the bag that really turned me off. I never stepped foot in a Oroton store after that and about a year later, that store at my local shopping centre closed down. I know the retail atmosphere is challenging and competitive but if your staff do not provide good service then you will lose customers. And I'm not talking about customer service when selling the bag but when there is a problem....that's when the true reflection of whether a place has good vs bad customer service comes out. I still love the designs and leather but my past experience has tainted my perception of your brand.
