You are right on the ball! This thing has been heavy in the back since I got it. I haven't used it in a while, but I'm going to be putting some weight into the front end as you suggested. Appreciate the comment!

@@DC-RC18 The weights I used were from CKAuto you can get them the usual places I went with the black ones in 1oz they also come in 1/2 oz and 1/4 oz Nice black finish with high quality 2 sided tape already installed just peel and stick They work well on my 24th scale up to my 10th scale I think 1 box did 15 trucks

That will be really cool. I have leaf springs on my MN 82, and also on my WPL Suzuki Jimny. The only problem with the Jimny though is that I changed out the axles, and when I put them back on, the rear stays up until you put pressure on it then it just drops and doesn't pop back up. I put a metal roof rack on it, but there isn't enough weight on there for the leaf springs to not pop up at all. I've looked at pictures and I appear to have them back on correctly. I even ordered the stiffer, or thicker leaf springs from WPL, and nothing helps. I'm now thinking of putting the springs back on the rear, but also throwing some shocks,

I actually ended up ordering the metal axles and driveshafts. But I only received the front driveshaft, so I'm waiting for the rear to arrive. Decided to upgrade with metal despite what I said in the first video. Reason behind that, is I updated my WPL Jimny, and the axles and gears are fantastic. So decided to go metal on the MN.

@@DC-RC18 Nice one. With your set up it will work well. More low down weight will make it more stable.

Appreciate the tip. I just did it for cosmetic reasons, but haven't seen a change in climbing ability.

@@DC-RC18 yes those dj crawlers made a big difference in the driving and trailing duties also great for rock crawling and they are so soft and maluable that they worked great in this setup 🤟 and definitely gave it a much better look the new fms setup i put in it is amazing it changed this rig completely!!
