Hi AZEEMMartist, The best way is to heat the pump to soften the hardener. Rhino Linings uses a deep frier and Rhino BT cleaner (boiling point cleaner) to clean hardener the cured-on metal parts. Or you can soak the pump part in MEK (Methyl Ethyl Ketone). This is slow, but it should work. All non-metal parts will need to be changed as both methods will damage most non-metal parts, e.g. O-ring rubber seals. Appropriate PPE should be used with both methods.

I work with this technology. Its polyurea or a hybrid between polyurethane and polyurea.. Not on the consumer side.

"Or"? You aren't sure about it, therefore you can't be trusted. Listen to the scientists and developers not the person who "works" with it. Everyone knows the paint job is only as good as the team painting it. You can have either line x or rhinoline applied to your vehicle, but if the team is a bunch of half-assers then your paint job will be crappy. However if the team applying the paint does in fact take their time then the paint job will last. It doesn't matter if it's polypoopoo or whatever.

Long-term it matters alot which material was applied. This is not a paint, never was and never will be. It is a thickbuild elastomeric coating. I said it is either polyurea or a hybrid between polyurethane/polyurea. Haha, i work with developers of these material. Every applicator should work with the developers of this technology because it is not as simple as it seems and looks. Adrian, chill down m8.
