There are nice SP's in Southern MN as well. Along the Mississippi and into the SE corner there are some particularly pretty ones. Frontenac, Great River Ridge, Whitewater, John A. Latsch just to name a few.

Slab City is not the Slab of 20 years ago. Today, it is a haven for drug addicts, felon escapees, child molesters, rapists, thieves, and just plain criminally insane.

Seaside Jazz Festival? This ended in 2017. I think there is another jazz event though. Why did you show Cannon Beach at the end of the video? My vote goes to Seaside even though I have lived in both towns. It's more relaxing and really, not that far from Astoria. Cannon Beach is close by as well.

There's also a lot of drug, and alcohol abuse with almost everyone there. As well as criminal behavior. They all steal from eachother, and women get raped if they don't have protection. I wouldn't be singing the praises of the people living there, they're more bad than good.

Only one person from this community lost their life? I don't buy it. A high percentage of its members are meth lovers and/or alcoholics. Combine this with no law enforcement and there is guaranteed violence.

That's exactly what I said!! Great minds think alike! 😄 daily one way busses. You get caught and determined to be homeless/vagrant, you get held until morning then shipped back. No crime free of charge 😀

No. Even the homeless won't do well if they're not ready to actually work to survive. Many homeless don't have a vision or want to work to survive so they won't survive there. Have to have a vision no matter who goes there

Most of the people that end up in places like this are total losers and drug addicts. They will clam more complex backgrounds like they want to live "off the grid" or are sovereign citizens or some such nonsense. Most of their brains are already fried from acid and the sun.
