@scratchinsota Thank You for your comments and your advice, i really appreciate it, I know following your advice will help me improve, as per my intentions I have 2 main goals, 1.- I will do a pre-ride to get a video of the trail and publish it so other riders who didn't have the chance to ride the course before the race have something as a reference, It may help them, and 2.- on the race, I just want to finish and enjoy the race, as you can see I'm not a strong or a fast rider but that doesn't mean I can't enjoy racing, even if my times are not great I will still enjoy the race, thank you for watching my videos and I will try to post more content !

for what it's worth, i don't know what your intentions are with entering this race, but as someone who is familiar with this race(i used to race this place many years ago, and it was one of my favs) i would assume you are testing yourself if not to win it. My biggest advice, if you want it, would be to expend a little more on the downhill and rythym sections so you can maintain a higher average speed. This place usually runs fast if you can bike handle thru it. From this video interpretation, it seems the most physical expenditure is coming on the climbs by dropping down super low in gear, if you carried more speed into these obstacles you could grab one less gear, which means you don't have to spin as much and not totally killing your momentum forcing you to have to super spin to get up these obstacles. Kudos for helping the fallen riders.
