That cover looks uglier and more distracting than the glossy finish of the Pro transmitter itself. Plus if the glossiness bothers you (like it does me), then just use the included lav mics.

@Onthedriverseat I treated my self to the osmo5...But I'm having a hard time downloading the app...I literally felt like breaking it. I don't know if I need a new phone. I want to know if I really need this DJI mimo app to make it work? I'm not a fancy guy I just want to point and record. That's all.
@Onthedriverseat
@Onthedriverseat Ай бұрын
Hey Druguana, thanks for the comment! I've never had trouble downloading the app, though it does lag sometimes. Try restarting your phone and check your internet connection - it's probably not your phone. Let me know if that helps. Also, you don't *need* the app to transfer footage; just plug the Action 5 Pro into your computer with a USB-C cable or use an SD card adapter. But the app *is* awesome for trimming, color grading, and adding filters before exporting. Let me know how it goes, happy to help! Thanks

Hi there, Thank you for choosing the DJI Osmo Action 5 Pro for your trip to Mexico and for your continued support of DJI. Most detachable components naturally have gaps, but please be assured that the product's protective performance is verified through rigorous reliability and waterproof tests. As long as you cannot see the red warning area through the gap in the cover, the product's waterproof performance is assured. Thank you for being a valued member of the DJI community. Wishing you a wonderful weekend.

Dji support Global, Thanks for your comment. I understand that you guys have tested the port cover to ensure it's waterproofing. However, I was touching on the durability aspect. I don't want to buy a product and expect it to fail prematurely due to such a minor issue, which you guys aren't even admitting is an issue at this point. Would a cover replacement fix the issue? Obviously, one door is secured slightly better than the other. Quite frankly, I don't think returning the camera is the solution. is there a possibility to get the cover/door replaced?

My Anker Prime PB 250w can’t be charged because there’s something messed up with the temperature sensor every time i need to charge the power bank i need to cool it off in front my air conditioning if the temperature exceeds 30c it won’t charge 😅 Ive emailed this problem to the Anker for the warranty claim but I haven’t got any news from them the longer Ive use it I don’t know why for some reason the power bank work like normal again, Anker products is expensive but when it comes to warranty they’re so bad at it. My Aukey Y45 140w power banks didn’t have any problem since the day Ive bought it.

Although I appreciate your comment, I respectfully disagree with you about making the video. My intention is not to criticize Anker for producing a faulty product. I simply want them to improve their quality control. This is my fourth unit with similar issues, and I have documented them all. Consider the perspective of someone who spends their hard-earned money on this power bank, expecting it to be a long-term investment. My intention is to warn potential buyers about the possibility of encountering these issues. I believe this is a common occurrence, but only a few people report it. I am pleased to inform you that I have purchased a third Prime 27000mAh Power Bank, which is functioning as expected. However, it took me three attempts to find a satisfactory product. Additionally, I had two smaller Prime 12000mAh units that were defective upon arrival. I have videos of these as well, but I have not posted them. While I appreciate the features of the Anker Prime Charger, I still believe that the build quality of the older 737 Model is superior. I have purchased three of those, and they all work as expected. Thank you for your comment. I appreciate your input.
