Make sure you guys are with in legal size limits as well that first trout looked to small to keep here in Maine the legal size is 6ins and up make sure you whet your hands before picking up the fish if you not going to keep them because you can rub of there protective slime coat and without that the fish can get an infection and die

That first fish was a brown trout you can tell the difference between the two by the spot brook trout which are a species of char and not actually trout have light spots on dark skin and a brown tout a long with rainbows and cutthroat will have dark spots on lighter skin👍

You should look more into that. Im not a practicing Christian but theres a lot more going on there than just God creating the Earth in seven days, theres a part of the Bible (I'd quote it if i knew exactly where it was) that says a day for God is a thousand years so maybe it wasnt 7 normal human days that He took to create it but instead it was maybe 7000 years or more
