Wow. I'm psyched to have come across this video. I have my 2nd interview with a COS tomorrow morning for a very young startup (I'm a career EA). I also had no real idea what one was first time around. This has helped me have a better understanding of how I will likely work alongside of the role as well as helping me to prepare questions and whatnot. I would love to join more events, if offered.
