So you inspired me to go find room to put one of these lovely things and came across some old Bernina Artista embroidery cards that came in as Studio Bernina. Remember those? I don't have that machine anymore and own the 990 and the 790. Do you know of any way those design cards can get converted to a CD or USB stick so I don't lose my investment? The only one I really care about is "The Quiltmaker's Gift" card since I actually bought bolts of matching fabric. If you know of anyone who is interested in these old cards, let me know who. Thanks for the great videos! Where else can I learn to spend large amounts of money?!?!

I love this idea! I tried to make myself a bed pillow that I would be using every night. I used embroidery thread instead of cotton ( I didn't want the cotton to shrink); it's so uncomfortable. It's so rough on my face. Instead, I'm going to make a coloring book bag with handles, one of the sides will zipper open to reveal pouches on both sides for their crayons, scissors, glue, etc.

You're a genius! What a great idea! I bought some pants that were advertised as wide-leg (easy to hem), but when they arrived, they were more of a boot-cut and can't be hemmed in a traditional way without messing with the lines. Gayle I would like your opinion. I know I did not buy my machine from you. I didn't know about you yet! However I did get to meet you at your store. Im the lady you helped with the pattern for the Kaffe zipper bag. Well what I wanted to ask is this. I currently own the Kaffe 570. But I am seriously considering trading for the Kaffe 770. Is this a real step up or is the 770 just a larger version of the 570. I did not get the embroidery unit with the 570 but if I get the 770 I will get the whole shabang. I really have to get moving on this because my trade year will be up in a couple weeks. The 790 is more than I wanted to spend but is it worth the upgrade?
