IMO the lucky dip should be the same category of item (e.g. nail polish/hair) and a different shade/product in that range. Not products at completely different ends of the scale

I agree. I’m all for a variation but not when the items are so dramatically different in item and prize. Seems strange to me!

Hey hun like I’ve said I totally agree -- the variations aren’t “fair”…. I would’ve loved the Hawaiian tropic spray. Although I got the face cream and it’s ok I still think the variations shouldn’t vary too much…. x

I contacted them via Twitter DM but being impatient I also went via Livechat. Was told that they just guarantee to give you five products and as I got five they wouldn’t send me one of the three variants. I told them to cancel my subscription which they did and she gave me a £5 credit. Then someone else came back to me on Twitter. I told them it was resolved, although I was still unhappy about the whole thing. She came back and said she’d give me a £ 5 credit. I assumed this was a mistake as I’d already had one. I’d told them this a few times. Went back and told her again that it was resolved. But she came back and gave me a further £5 credit. So I’m now £10 in credit on a box I only paid £3.50 for as I had a code 😂. So that’s softened the blow slightly but I still think it’s poor to promise one of three items then give something else entirely. Luckily I can use the credit on Look Fantastic as I won’t be using Glossybox again for sure. I’ll still watch everyone’s unboxing though, see what I’m missing out on!
