If you go for the Showel build again, try to increase your size... it may be good for collecting the bonus upgrades when you have too much speed. Maybe if you are big enough, you just automaticly collect all the Showel pickups when they spawn, so you dont need to move at all.

As for strong builds, I like to include druid staff in there. It gives you a chance for an extra charge of your spell (including rain) on every weapon hit you do. Probably the best weapon to make spells busted. Have fun! :)

with low damage in the first rounds, you need to play around the bog when you have a lot of enemies clumped up they push each other into it and does way more damage to them then your dagger will. Speeds up the process and gives you faster completion time, always nice for high score.

Secret mechanic with Mushroom Cap. After every proc, it has same chance to trigger again up to absolute value of your spell charges. over 100% repeats the cycle with -100% less chance. so at -5 charges and 120% chance: casts 5 times guaranteed and up to another 5 times at 20% chance.

I love the shovel build, I just found it recently as well. I do think you pulled it off better than me, yet the amount of speed you eventually get is way too much. Also the end score is based on completion time and spending this much time upgrading would be just way too slow

I personally enjoy just banishing all the upgrades when playing the 'shovel' build.

That was insane. The speed was a disadvantage. I will definitely try this and keep the speed down.

It's great hearing all your thoughts/strategies develop as you go! I like the memes too, but this is a nice change of pace giving a very different experience. One thing though, I definitely recommend leaving your power treads on strength when fighting, it makes the illusions (and yourself) more tanky, and more max hp for heart. You lose 10 atk speed from but you still have the 20 base, in my opinion definitely worth the tradeoff.

There is another upgrade for Warrior and it's probably the key to the regeneration build you were talking about. It's called Paladin and it boosts the regen and armour gain. I'd love to see you try and make it work

I love getting an epic armor and/or regeneration boost, makes you feel so much more secure early on. You go from losing a third of your health each attack to a percentage, not quite invincible (especially if you get surrounded) but tanky enough that you have time to react to taking damage. It's not flashy, but it makes you feel like a beast once the enemies stop feeling scary

I believe It's obvious why I watch these videos: to see how people play the game without me hovering over their shoulder. But I do think you are even the few videos of yours I've watched, that you have gotten more confident in your presentation. It was interesting to see the change from dota 2 videos, that clearly get inspired by dotown and other similar dota content creators that do heavy reliance on half a second long memes to keep people engaged, to more personality based content and every video reducing the memes. This game is so much lower energy that there was clear dichotomy when adding memes. Would require much more tight editing to work well. I look forward to seeing more spoken content. Keep it up! PS. Tottally full of spoilers (so if you don't want those, ignore this) for the legendaries for this game but Felkazz from our community made a little web app for all the legendary upgrades that he datamined. Thanks for playing Boosted Survivors, and just so you know there are no bugs in the game only happy little accidents and if you can use them do it. Baumi is the creator you can look him up on youtube, he makes Dota 2 content mostly but he also has some explanation videos on Boosted Survivors. Oh and he fixed the rain and stun build, rain can no longer get the stun upgrade.

Ok, so possibly what may have helped is mana boots/greaves, if you had it ready to pop after your aghs mana shield, I think several fights would have gone your way. Really nice insights, on the new patch, I'm a little late so luckily I can already see they fixed most of what you talked about!

Interesting I haven't played dota in a while let alone ability draft So how's innate ability that's tied to the spell, aka the ones that you immediately get 1 lv on the tied spell and you can level it up to 5 For example TA gets 1 lv in psi blades, what happen if you get TA but doesn't pick psi blades?
