Same comment as many others. The legs don't stay locked/standing. I followed the instructions here and below on how to slide them into the horizontal tubes but the bottom line is there just isn't that much friction/resistant from the frame of the hopper to hold them in and prevent them sliding with any kind of weight on them -- like 70 balls! So the product seems useless. And there's no support. Seems like I either need to attempt to manually deform the corners of the basket like some others below or give up on it. Bad design.

I am very careful when stringing my rackets on the Gamma but the tension is never correct. It's always 4 or so pounds over. I pre-stretch my string. I use a level so I always know when the arm is in the correct position. I use the ERT300 to test the strings after the job and they are never correct. I want to do 37 lbs. I have moved the counter weight all the way down to 35 and get 40. I never push down on the counter weight. Any ideas?

I purchased the XLT stringing machine last year. While stringing today, I noticed that a stick and a couple of springs came loose from the tension control unit.

One missing step: after you remove the old grip, the glue will be on the handle. Take 100 grit sand paper and clean up the handle, this will provide a stronger hold for the new grip.

Well.... This is really a bad design, I had to bend the place where the "stopper" are. Is I dont do this, the legs can barely support itself!

the packaging says go to the website for instructions, and there aren't any, nor any links to videos. this one must be for experts, because you don't show any close ups, especially of the beginning and ending wrapping.

Poor camera work - you really cannot see how to properly wrap the new grip around the paddle, especially at the finishing end. I would have expected better from the manufacturer of the replacement grip
