I have the battery powered Cranky, the sound works but the motor does not take up the string. Any ideas on how to dismantle the crane to get to the motor?

Any tips on fixing the super station cranky? The string is missing

Trying to fix my son's cranky the crane but the t-20 doesn't work. The screws are triangle shaped and the t-20 doesn't fit properly for me to unscrew it. Any suggestions?

So happy to find this video! Our cats chewed cranky's string and we need to replace it. Trying to find a T20 screwdriver to buy.... as long as it says T20 and I ok? or there other specifications for this type of screw driver? Like does the T20 just mean a triangle shaped screw driver or does it specify size too? The screw is very tiny!

Thanks for the video. I think our cat had a field day batting at cranky's magnet... came down and his cord was shredded. I followed the steps and was able to get it working great again. I gave him more cord this time so he can grab lower stuff
