Once I realized his car had no control, I just mode swapped him to Drag and loaded back his setup (because I use PC and Archie's Car Customizer mod).

I effortlessly beat this game as a kid, and now after having actual knowledge on how to drive and how cars work, its been hell trying to drift and the speed challenges lmao. But even then, with all its flaws, pro street is still peak.

nah. carbon had way better drifting mechanism. in prostreet the physics don't leave you much room to use your skill. what I mean is it's kind of automated once you go into a slide. you don't have full control.

this car is only bad when you don't tune it. otherwise it's the best among the classic muscle cars. and if you can't tune just get something like a Z06 corvette. way more stable and considerably powerful.

I loved everything about prostreet except the drifting. It felt like the car was on rails and would lock you into a slide with no control. Compared to Underground 2 and Carbon it felt very janky.

My theory is that, since Nevada is his homebase, and most of the racers are suffering a lot of crashes, this car is a perfect choice... Which is MAYYYBE the reason why this car has a very bad understeer and a slow pace of a car. Of course this car sucks if you're not Nate Denver
