Absolutely loved that overcomplicated design ever since I saw it, so awesome to see it in detail now. Maybe we get a chance to rebuild it? If the 3D design ever hit the web as a download I would be sure to pay and print it!

Enjoyed this video and the opportunity to clearly understand the layout of this space. Nice work translating from big screen to VR. In the movie I recall it seemed a sheltered retreat from all that rain. The modular blocks remind me of Usonian homes by FLW but there’s also a brutalist feeling for me with the scale & material as though the occupants are insects inhabiting the clefts and crannies of an immense, stone structure.

definitely FLW tiles... "Ennis" all over... i am friends with Tom Southwell the ass't art director of the film, and he has blessed me with some personal set blueprints of the citystreets and such.. wonderful worldbuilding they did in the 1980s...
