Well, I got EQ to work on my iMac M3 after doing a little research. I'm using CrossOver and it went without a hitch! No worries. Not sure if I'll be uploading anything anytime soon, but it feels good to play again after a 8 or 9 month break. Rock on.

2 mage with u buffed pet works for first (sands) quest. Not so well for the others unless you are fully clr buffed then came walk

They added the level 52 rule because when Kunark came out and people could level to 60 they thought these players would go and camp Nagafen since this was before instancing and extra dungeons. They added it at the time to give lower level players their own dungeon and not have a group or 2 of level 60s swoop in just before respawn and destroy him when it was still a competitive fight for most people.

Everquest was fantastic before they dumbed it down.

I just got up to 120 on Robbinwould. After 80ish i used banded armor and then at like 100 I skilled up using ornate armor. I think fine plate armor is next for trying to skill up. I see the price starting to go up quickly though.

FV’s exp bonus has been a blessing and a curse. I can explore places I never touch when I played back early 2000’s, but also out level areas before being able to enjoy them all.

Nothing like deep frying a camembert cheese and having it with crackers. I highly recommend Fhezz.

I've done the drop stuff, log out, log different character in, pick up stuff method myself a bunch back in the day and while it did work a lot I did lose stuff every once in a while too.

progression style raiding, with level locked toons, that sounds like a lot of fun. I have a 67 chanter on live and a heroic 80 cleric. Something like this could bring me back to live, esp since it's so easy to solo up to 60 on live
