I decided to look this up because I’ve been running in the sun and I take my glasses off mid run and it’s as if my vision is healed and I can see really well without my glasses. I never realized the sun could pretty much heal vision. I will say it’s temporary however because then I’m back to seeing shitty 😅. But it’s still pretty cool.

Actual “floaters” are the vitreous clumping up and sometimes it breaks apart and sometimes it does not. More common in older people because throughout age this victorious fluid become more like jelly. Like transmission fluid in a closed casing.

This is totally wrong and honestly has to be a joke. The only reason you would need glasses after lasik is for near and would be around 40 years old (presbyopia which literally ever humans get) then cataract which also every human gets. There is no “mind brain prescription” and there is no eye exercises 😂. Do your research first.

Hi Doc, first of all I wish you a good day.. I follow you from Italy. I'm 45 years old, hyperopia since birth, but now I'm starting to have problems seeing up close. However, no problems from afar or reading text on the monitor. With my smartphone and a book, yes. I see well during the day, but less so in the evening. I kindly ask you: 1) Is being outdoors and applying sunning and palming a valid choice? 2) I notice that if I wear sunglasses my vision gets worse. 3) Can I keep the lights on for reading in the evening or do they hurt my eyesight? 4) What tips and exercises do you recommend that are most useful for my situation? 5) I have pinhole glasses, how many minutes daily? Thank you with all my heart❤

Oh, one more thing I went from seven pairs of glasses to the glasses that I can wear now where I don’t even have to wear glasses around the house or outdoors. I followed what you said back then, and embracing each one until I get used to the one and now the doctors are shocked. I can’t believe how I went through. Just looking through my files how my eyes improved they don’t get it. I just shake my head. Thank you so much!❤

I just want to say I thank God for you. I’m telling you my vision has improved about 50%. In 1997 I had a corneal transplant and since then and eating a plant-based diet since 2002 I am proud to say that my doctor said that my eyes was 20/175 in my left I have the potential to see 20/70. Amazing! I sure miss your drops. And yes I know what’s up with that it seems like everybody’s on the tech within the same drops but I got it right on time I work outside without my glasses and I cannot wait to get my new prescription to C even better. We love you and I just wanna say thank you and keep doing what you’re doing. You’re touching many souls out there. Like you always say, embrace your blurriness, and I do!❤

Exactly! To stay fit, eye muscles need to work as any other muscles. Getting stronger and stronger eye glasses is a recipe for deteriorating sight. 👍

Plant based doesn’t lubricate the eye- But Animal based diet does because beef liver is the most dense nutrient meat for the eye. Sardines and salmon lubricate the eyes with omega-3

Doctor, I went to the ophthalmologist to get new glasses (which I never needed from birth to 46) and saw an eye doctor 1 month ago who stated that I had 20/20 vision but a bit of dry eye- I’m now 50. I couldn’t believe the doctor, since my eyes were literally all burry when being examined! These doctors cannot solve a problem! I want my vision back completely! My vision fluctuates into blurriness around 1:00 pm to 5 pm every right before I commute home. I’m not sure if it’s my metabolism, sugar, liver or gut!! Doctor, probiotics do I need to take? I added bacillus substilus in my carnivore diet while taking meat organ pills 💊 I can’t do any sugars, fruits and even veggies because of my dysbiosis. I get bloated on veggies and because of my large fibroids i cannot eat any form of sugars… Please help doctor Sam! Why does my vision fluctuate at around 3:00 pm daily?

Which probiotics do I need to take? I added bacillus substilus in my carnivore diet while taking meat organ pills 💊

Hi dear, I can’t appreciate much for how valuable your content is,is there any point of contact to discuss my son’s case he’s 7 and I felt he was having some issues reading stuff on a distance and I took him to optometrist and I was shocked how they handled that eye exam, they dilated his pupils for better focus at least that’s what they say and there was a long wait and he fell asleep and they said we wanted him wide awake and I asked them if they think it will impact the accuracy of the test then I can come back, but they said we will still go ahead with the test and my son was totally confused what’s going on as he woke up to very blurry Vision after those drops,he was constantly looking outside of auto refractor and moving his head around,I could see he was confused and not knowing what’s going on and then they gave him this prescription which is too high for his issues that he was having for which I took him to optometrist…the prescription that they giving this child why I was sure there’s something wrong cause I have someone in my family friends with that strength of prescription and I knew that can’t be right, They said this little boy needs to wear glasses all the time for correction and he can’t even walk without glasses and I was shocked to hear that cause my son not only that he plays different games just fine he’s an active kid in school his teachers never showed any concerns that he struggles to see things on board, optometrist said his close up and distant vision for both he needs glasses and I don’t think he has any issues looking at things closed up, his only issue that I spotted was when he’s distant from letters this only time when he struggles,he reads texts up close which are tiny perfectly fine which sometimes my wife struggles to read even with her correction glasses on,and when I confronted this optometrist findings they were little embarrassed how did they conduct the whole thing and they totally lost my trust when they tried to make up thing that shocked me they said I as his father said I have history of astigmatism from childhood which was totally untrue as I don’t wear glasses my vision is 20/10 or better my eyes are fully healthy,I let them know that how can I trust you after this I understand you are a business and your business like any other is motivated monetarily but there has to be some ethics too, this is my son he’s little I can’t be unfair on him he needs our help and and we can’t put him on anything that doesn’t seem to be right. After spending many sleepless nights I looking into this whole thing have stumbled upon you guys great work I really need some advice I want to take him to a different place and get his eye sight checked with an optomap where they don’t need those drops to conclude the test…I have questions like which glasses he should get for his distance west how often should he wear them and depending on his prescription how weaker should be the diopters to help him improve his eye health and eye shape and does he have to wear glasses for near work too? My son I know what really went wrong here this kid couldn’t have normal outdoor activities cause around those early years we were in a pandemic and most of his activity was looking close up,he loves his drawing which I am trying to get him completely off,I am dedicating all my time to take him out and spend time outside and I will do more,if you have an email Id where I can get your advice after his test or any recommendations before the test,I promise I will be precise and will be appreciative of the fact that your time is valued,I really want to know what to do how to help him and I don’t want to lose time if getting him a weaker prescription for certain time can help him cause his eyes still growing and developing, please help if you can. Bless you for your great work.

I just discovered your channel, it is a true gem! Thank you for the great content. I have a question: With 3 years from one day to the next I had astigmatism and farsightedness. With 11 or 12 years I was diagnosed with scoliosis. Do you think in this case it was astigmatism that lead to scoliosis? How would you approach this situation? I would appreciate any suggestions you have!

I'm in my mid 50's now. I was diagnosed with a lazy eye when I was about 10 when I had my to wear an eye patch on my left eye. This failed to improve the vision in my right eye and I was left with and still have double vision. No medical professionals as far as I am aware mentioned anything of the squint in my left eye. So I have: a squint, lazy eye and double vision. About 20 years ago I had the Botox treatment but it didn't work. Please could someone tell me if it be worth considering Vision Therapy if available at my age?
