For rentals, right now is a good time as we're seeing a slight decline in rental rates across the country. Do you know where in Miami you are looking to live? It may be tougher to find a 1-bedroom in Brickell within that budget but not impossible.

Similar to any major city, residents will be more inclined to use the numerous public transportation options available to them especially during traffic peak times.

@@kayilacin6808 Hello! There are more options...There is the metro mover that takes you throughout Brickell and Downtown. If you wish to go to airport or other parts of the Miami, the Metro-Rail is available in Brickell. If you'd like to venture out further to Broward, Palm Beach County, or Orlando then the Brightline is available. The Bay link will be complete by 2029 which will provide transportation into Miami Beach as well.
