Our currency is not stable against the dollars, Euro, Pound etc. For us we understand when make enquiry at the time of paying the price has changed. For foreigners, they may not accept that. For example if you were told that fees was Gh¢10,000 and you were able to pay and they told you that you need to pay Gh¢12,000. You would be disappointed, you may not be able to pay. Once you are told $800, you can quickly convert it in your current and it wouldn't change for a long period

Actually that’s how it is supposed to be as far as I know. It is only in Nigeria that you have to write jam. South Africa have some of the best universities in Africa and are more internationally recognized yet the only requirement is your matric certificate.
