If this guy's gonna bother explaining this shit in English he could at least attempt to annunciate. Couldn't understand 10 % of what he said. Just speak native language, Marian, or shut up and make the drink.

A master? REALLY? Bar tools on the bar top, handling ice with bare hands and licking the bar spoon!!! Yes the drink may well be a complex creation, but why use a jigger and then simply pour straight from the bottle? At best this guy is a pretentious arsehole in a waistcoat with access to some posh sounding ingredients. I bet he calls himself a mixologist as well.... tosser!!

Molto interessante. E' uno show. Peccato che abbia fatto tutto bene, ma alla fine il pezzetto di Cheddar in infusione, dopo aver fatto bella mostra delle lunghe pinze giapponesi lo prenda e tocca con le dita per infilarlo nel cocktail stick e metterlo nel drink. Ma con quelle dita avete visto cosa ha toccato prima? Di tutto. Il bravobarman si vede anche dal rispetto che ha per la salute e l'igiene del suo cliente. Per il resto nulla da eccepire m a da complimentare.
