when Javy Baez tried to bunt with 2 strikes and a runner on 3rd with one out, I felt like I do after a set of squats in which I take on too much weight - i.e., I nearly blacked out. you guys took it in stride.

Surreal is how I'd describe that game. It went ten innings, in the top of which there was a 15-minute rain delay. I'm a stalwart Yankee fan (have been since long before 2016), but I was never happier over the result of ANY game, in ANY sport, than I was that night.

I just came across this eclipse day video! I enjoyed it! I was in Madisonville, TN observing my 4th total solar eclipse. In 2019 I saw my 5th in Argentina. For you and anyone else that comes across this video as we all prepare for the next USA solar eclipse on April 8, 2024 I invite you to visit my KZbin channel dedicated to eclipse education called Solar Eclipse Timer. On that channel I have the most comprehensive group of eclipse education videos on the internet. I have videos that explain everything about the phenomena that occur during eclipses. I also have videos on eclipse photography and videography. Click on the face icon to the left. And you can learn about my solar eclipse timing app, Solar Eclipse Timer, for eclipse day. The app is ready for 2024. Enjoy!

There were a lot of those. I watched the 2016 World Series film, and one of my favorite images was an elderly fan going into Wrigley Field for the first World Series game in the North Side of Chicago since 1945, there with his adult son, and he was saying, through tears, "My dad would have *loved* this."
