You still do your concealer like that because you are in your 20's. Heavy concealer after 30 looks really bad and emphasizes any sort of fine lines and wrinkles. Your makeup looks really pretty. Could I suggest a lighter, more nude lip liner for your first step in the red lip? The dark brown looks a bit harsh and makes you look older. Try Revlon Gone Greige. It almost has a contour effect for the lips because of the nude/greyish shade. Then blend it in to the lip with a lip brush or your finger before adding the red.
