Hi, what is the weight and length when it is broken down to just being the jump cue? I looked on their site and did not see anything.

19.4 oz without a weight bolt for the whole cue and 10.4 oz when broken down for jump cue. 4.1 oz for the shaft and 15.2 oz for the butt.

Nice review man. The magnet chalk holders and even that string chalk holder I tried back in the 90s. They were never for me. Honestly at this point chalking and throwing my chalk down on the rail is part of my preshot routine. 😂😂😂 One thing about this design troubles me however. The reason Taom has the glue chalk holder is because they have perforated lines in the housing of their chalk. Once your chalk gets to those lines you can feel free to peel an exact section of paper from the chalk. With this chalk holder however you're forced to push it all the way in and if that chalk gets low you'll have to be careful when you chalk not to scrape your tip with the sides of the holder and comprimise the chalk job you've done to your tip. Just a thought. To each their own. I'm old fashioned and still think chalky hands and pockets are dead sexy😂

Nice review man. That damn mic...too bad she failed you. I've used the Taom Fusion tip extensively in the past and is still on my JFlowers Classic shaft. It's good. Also as you know, I have a new Taom Pro Soft on my Rhino playing shaft and its an awesome tip. Performs magnificently. As for the chalk...I'll never buy into the hype. I use the Taom chalk only because it was given to me to try. I'll never spend 20 dollars for a piece of chalk...never. In fact... I've never spent a cent on chalk😂😂. And as for the argument that that green stuff doesn't transfer to the table, balls and your hands...thats nonsense. My local pool hall has all these elitist players who'll only use this chalk and all the tables have green marks all over them. Also I heard that that new Pagulian chalk coming out is going to be 30 bones! Are you kidding me?!!! When it comes to pool prices I go off man. Don't get me started. 😂

I have the max rack and the v10 chalk. Love them both. How do the tips compare to kamui I plat with kamui ss and also the athlete tip?

@@Gr1mTh3R34p3r I have not tried the athlete tip but kamui tips are great when you first get them put on but I've noticed that they get harder as the leather goes down but with the Taom tips, I don't see that happening. But that's just my opinion.

@@finesse2.048 Honestly..... It's all personal preference. They are both great pool cue shafts and then it comes down to the butt end of the pool cue. Rhiho Cues are really nice but Jflowers uses real leather wraps and Rhino uses microfiber leather wraps. Jflowers extension ready and Rhino are not. So like I said all personal preference. But the carbon fiber shafts from both companies are great.

Would have been nice to hear the hit instead of the music. Also, could have talked about the hit and feel of the cue. Good looking cue, especially for the price point, but this review was lacking in real substance.

One issue i did want to make known...my shaft came with a particularly unattractive tink noise coming from the ferrule area. After heating the ferrule slowly and pulling it, the glue or epoxy was only glued on one half of the surface area that should have been glued. Had to order a new ferrule. Luckily i know how to fix. But should not have been allowed to pass their qc, if present. Great playing shaft, though. Still use as my gamer, thinking of buying a backup as well.

I play the rhino 12.5 shaft. There are two types of radial pins. The Chinese version has that flatter top, the thread pitch is angled more, which means it won't match to certain radial pins.

Why is Rhino not selling these with a 12.8mm option like the Nebula? I hate the Nebula butt, but the shaft is great! 12.8 is the perfect size for me. 12.5 is just a little too slim.

I got the Rhino for about the same price. I'll bet they are very similar. I love my Rhino, but I am not a fan of the Rhino butt. Shaft is very good, but I don't like the feel of the butt.

@@javiermolina7464 no BS I have used and tried every single carbon fiber shaft on the market and I have done a comparison video between the Raven, Revo, and Jflowers. The Raven Carbon fiber shaft is amazing. Believe it or not I sold my Revo shaft to a friend of mine because I preferred the Raven 12.4 carbon fiber shaft. It is a very low deflection shaft and very well made. For the price of one carbon fiber shaft from a high-end company you can get a whole carbon fiber pool cue. You lucky you made it popping up and with the wrong spin. If you hadn't popped up, which is bad, you'd have missed. If you had stayed down with the wrong spin, you'd have missed.
