I would like to know why in the numerical simulations of monodomain FGT magnetization there is no switched state (i.e., m_z = 1) on the negative J_c side when the current is applied along the a-axis and out-of-plane component of SOT is generated while the switched state occurs on the positive J_c side? In other words, why there is no tricritical point observed on the negative J_c side?

The crossover between easy axis and easy plane in CGT is interesting. I am wondering what is happening at zero as the spin-orbit interaction is alway there, which means the spin is either easy axis or easy plane. What is the physical mechanism behind the MAE = 0, charge carriers somehow cancel the SOI?

1.Sir, why electron becomes polarised when it passes through pinned layer. 2. Why we use insulators between ferromagnetic layers in MTJ

Dear Sir, can i get Email ID or mobile number of any research scholar who is working in the field of spintronics /MTJ. Thank you.

what do you mean by nonmagnetic layer exactly?it is an antiferromagnet or compeletly nonmagnet?

i think it just means paramagnetic

I have trouble in installation of OOMMF package. I have downloaded TCL,python,OOMMF.but this package does not respond.kindly tell me detailed procedure to install Oommf in my laptop
@xinfan91603 жыл бұрын
I suggest you go to the dedicated discussion group on nanohub to ask this question. nanohub.org/groups/oommf_users/forum/. In order to post, you need to register an account with nanohub.org and request membership in the OOMMF user group (find the button on the page linked above). You may also want to mention your operating system when you ask about installation.

Prof. Michael. I have a question about oommf. How do i set UniAnistropy with different direction for different area? For example, i have a sample , left part is in plane Anistropy, middle part is PMA, and right part is in plane Anistropy. How do i set this Anistropy?
