This is episode is hilarious. Another thing apart from the obvious, which made this scene funny is the fact after Frisby fainted the aliens apparently did not get very far on the spaceship. They immediately released him, as if they never left Earth. Seriously, what the heck were they waiting for?😆

The only acting class one needs to take is to study how marvelously the actors in the Twilight Zone were so incredibly able to breathe life into other wise normal characters. It's a lost skill, talent, maybe cause back then so many of them were classically trained in theater or stage first, before stepping into TV and the movies. I mean you just don't get this depth of character acting anymore. When you watch characters today, they come off as so flat, maybe cause today with all the distraction on screen, the music, the special effects, this and that, that maybe today actors don't have to be as good, or think they don't.

This was on at about 1 in the morning when I could not sleep. I was living on PEI, Canada and studying for my bachelor's; I ended up teaching French in Westwood NJ, and showed it in class. The students loved it. Much more than I did during my insomnia so many years before.

I love this episode this was my favorite because Rod Serling broke the 4th wall 😂 at the in RIP .

When I first saw this I yelled, "Oh no, you DIDN'T!" Then I said, "Oh no, you DID!" But Mr. Serling, ever the showman, was as cool as a cucumber and let it happen. I wonder how many kids saw this and then turned to their parents and asked, "Where did he go?"
