You are right, it's old school machine but this solution is effective and cheap for low usage levels.

Coisa linda essa prensa, amei.... mas se a demonstração tivesse sido feita com um quincho de coluna seria muito mais lindo. Beautiful thing this press, loved .... but if the demonstration had been made with a column quill would be much more beautiful.

If it's on the 2 piece rims you don't need this tool.. all you need is long bolts to pull it together.. done it for years now and never had any problems..
