I'm afraid there's no such thing as "God's money." God didn't make money, man did. Anything man-made cannot be considered Holy. That's probably why money wasn't acceptable as a tithe item under Mosaic Law. Biblical, systematic tithing wasn't giving. Systematic biblical tithes were compulsory taxes and were only received or consumed as items of the land - produce and livestock. We are free to give as we are able and as lead, and we should certainly support our local church, clergy, charities, etc., but we are not biblically bound to pay money to any religious institution as many would have us believe.
