I set in KTM until 12n before they cancelled all flight, all airlines into Lukla due to weather. The flights into Lukla are notorious for being delayed and cancelled due to weather.

Actually, the town or settlement is named Namche. There is a bazaar held on Saturday. Thanks for sharing your adventure.

Love your humour guys. I've done this trip twice and trekked Annapurnas as well. I did Namche to Dole then to Machermbo then Gokyo. I was 60 yrs of age when I did this by myself carrying a 20 Kilo pack and loved it. I went on to Cho La and up to Everest base camp. I live in Australia. Cheers!
