Without a doubt one of the best videos of Olympique, but recorded in the worst year possible for the Espace Killy and for ropeways in general. 2015 was atrocious because the first Devilmayr Demon-Line gondola lift was built in Hochgurgl and therefore rapidly spread modern 10-seater piece of crap gondola lifts which have destroyed so many lifts. Even one lift being replaced is unacceptable. What made it especially bad for me was the replacement of the Lad D'Ouillette chairlift and Terrasse drag lift and the "RaTiOnAliZaTiOn" of the Solaise and later La Daille and Les Brevieres parts of the Espace Killy. I will hate every year after 2014 because of this shit. Fuck modern gondola lifts and modern ropeways, and fuck governmental and corporate authorities and businessmen, all they care about is money obviously. No passion for these ski resorts and the tradition that they AND THEIR OLD LIFTS hold, along with the SO MANY mechanical differences that all of the old ones have thanks to there being many different manufacturers when they were made, compared to Post 1990 when all that were left were Devilmayr(Doppelmayr-Garaventa group), Leitnazier(Leitner), Pomaleficent(Poma) and Bartholet. And the attitudes that governmental and corporate businessmen have to anyone opposing their decisions or plans is just toxic. They are aggressive, hateful and forceful beings that force their will on the world for money, and they think and are treated like they are superior to the average human being. BULLSHIT. JUST UTTER BULLSHIT. My Val D'Isere and my world of ropeways no longer exists and it hasn't done since you fuckers and all of those who collaborated with all of the modern shitty ropeway construction(not just in Espace Killy) took away all of the lifts I adored. I didn't have a fucking problem with the speed and comfort at all. NONE!!! I just loved the fairground-ride like feel that they have to me and all of the moving parts that they have. All the different pulleywheels, different designs of stations, grips and pylons, etc. Everything that old lifts have that modern ones don't. Why are ropeways not recognized for the mechanical works of art that they are, and why can't the ropeway manufacturers just let us keep our already perfect 20th century ropeways? Why is there a need for all of the excessive speed, comfort and safety regulations and standardization that the modern ropeways and their manufacturers lobby governmental agencies into aggressively forcing on us? Why does the progress cult even exist? R.I.P. My Espace Killy, and MY world of ropeways. Thank you very fucking much all of you sick twisted and hateful governmental and corporate fucks. Thank you for ruining my passion, what I love, and a big fucking chunk of my now upsetting life!!! N O T ! ! ! Fuck all of you governmental and corporate fucks, to be truthful, and is obviously what I REALLY meant! Fuck you all!!! You all ruined me, you did, ALL of you did, not just the STVI, STGM and CDA... you all will suffer and pay for your consequences as I go on my rampage to DESTROY ALL MODERN 10-SEATER GONDOLA LIFTS ON MY DESTRUCTION LIST, and I tell you all it's a BIG FUCKING LIST I TELL YOU!!!!

je suis allé a val d'Isère aux vacances scolaires de noel en 1956 on faisait des fois Une heure de files d'attente aux heures de pointes pour prendre le téléphérique de solaise car une fois en haut il n'y avait rien donc on redescendait et c'était des tickets pas de forfait si je me le rappelle aussi d'un trés grand froid de l'ordre de moins 20 mais j'avais 15 ans donc juste un pull et un coupe vent en coton pas de bonnet c'était une belle époque du ski!

Rest in peace La Daille (1966-2018) Etroits(1980-2018) Replaced by a shitty 10-MGD I will rebuild the old lifts, and you won't do anything to stop me! I want to be the mayor of all ski resorts, including this spectacular resort, and have the spectacular old lifts rebuilt!

Petite question à Val d'Isère Téléphériques : Est-il possible/autorisé de pratiquer le speed riding sur les parties hors pistes si les conditions de neige sont là sur cette période d'été 2019? Ce serait vraiment génial, bien entendu en tout sécurité et distance avec les skieurs. Merci d'avance pour votre réponse.

Les images dans ce film sont extraites des archives de l'INA. De notre côté, nous sommes actuellement en train d'extraire le contenu d'une vieille cassette VHS. Nous espérons vous montrer cela rapidement !

Haha. But the trouble with the ski pass is: to raise money for new lifts. Ugh, how sad it is to see the La Daille gondola go, because it was my childhood and without it, Val D'isere is RUINED!!! But, at least Solaise Express is still in operation! But it did replace Datcha... edit: yes. RIP datcha

Changing a ski lift is not only disadvantages... Look at all the minutes you will spend on the slopes instead of waiting in a 4 places gondola ! La Daille gondola will also be more comfortable and resistant to winds. A new childhood is beginning ! ✌🏻

New childhood? PUH!!!! Old lifts are way way WAY WAY W A Y better than new because old lifts have life: they are always changing their appearances while new ones never change at all. They are always the same.Riding lifts are better and nobody likes seeing an old lift go, except for the new beggars. Think about it: if you want to go on the same slope over again, wouldn't it be better to get some bloody rest?!?! That way you could ski again, without getting very tired. But new lifts encrease the stress: they go bloody fast and you don't get any time to relax in the lift!!!! So I will soon destroy the new lift and rebuild the old one! How do you like that, new lift planners?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!!? The old la daille gondola was the first ski lift system I have ever ridden EVER!!! PRESERVE AND REBUILD IT RIGHT NOW UNLESS YOU WANT NEW TO BE DESTROYED IN THE FUTURE

C'est vidéo était visible bien avant le 5 mars 2018... Pourquoi à t-elle été supprimé pour être remise en ligne ??? Peut être pour que les commentaires ne soient plus visibles ? Mais je me trompe sûrement, ça doit être pour une autre raison bien plus valable... Je réédite mon commentaire en disant tout simplement que le service neige est toujours aussi bien représenté. Merci

Le lounge est juste un café et n'a pas de nourriture de déjeuner. Vous devez garder le restaurant "Tete de Solaise" dans l'ordre afin que les gens très affamés besoin de déjeuner.

I request you people at Val D'Isere to rebuild the 1986 Lac fixed grip chair. Why? I think the LAC chair is faster whereas the tunnel-esculator lift PimPam is very slow but I want you to keep it because of the queues. CTR will be building a new "Terrasse" fixed grip chairlift in Val D'Isere, and it will replace the Button lift.
