Vietnam is subject to Sinosphere like Korea and Japan. I think Japanese and Korean would neither be happy when being call as Chinese/China. Vietnamese also have their own culture and if you just ignore the difference and call them as Chinese/China, it will not be a respect to their culture.

Sorry but as a frequent visitor to Cambodia from Australia, I have to disagree agree with the majority of your comments. Yes the medical situation is not as good as neighbour countries but they are catching up . English is very frequently used by the younger generations due to it being taught . I’m planning on moving there soon so no problem from me

For starters, the people that 'shop' for better medical care in Cambodia are no different than those wealthy individuals in the UK or the UIS that pay a premium to avoid the NHS, medicare or local healthcare in their respective nations. It's not specific to Cambodia. In my case, I live in the rural US and I have to put up with the 'local' doctors - a specialist can be up to a four hour drive away, or they may only rotate in once every 3 or 4 months. That right there is the definition of THIRD WORLD. If I move to Cambodia it is a choice. But here in the US I do NOT have a choice. I would rather have the CHOICE as not-well-off individual. Not having access to high-quality care alone is not a reason to avoid a place like Cambodia.
