the mesh clothing alpha layer thing would be SO nice. If bodies where also updated for performance with those alphas in mind and no longer use the hundreds of alpha cuts we'd see a huge increase of performance as well... the more sub meshes something has the more draw calls.. the more draw calls the lower the performance.

This game has been seared in my mind for 30 years, after I played the first 5min at some store, maybe a Circuit City. Never caught the name of the game, so I assumed it'd be unfindable, but that opening section of losing the match and accusing them of cheating (cough and the art style cough) would pop back into memory every so often. I'm so happy to have finally found it!

I look forward to LUAU getting added to SL. It will wildly open up the scripting capabilities.

Wow, the ending is lowkey a bit depressing. There is an active drought and with the orb hidden, there won't be rain until someone finds it.. Maybe that's why the humans left as well? They couldn't sustain themselves anymore.

Hi , respect to the work to record and upload - but I think to post a chatlog is quite environment friendly. First I was thinking was some kind of podcast but I will not watch 1 hour chat that I can do in SL ;D (Just a honest feedback no bad feelings, maybe it helps others!)

You can actually kill those things, if you make them eat 2 Thermal Detonators, they'll make a screeching sound, sometimes they'll come out and flop over, however they all respawn whenever you return a component to a ship so it's not really worth it. Sand burrowers are not fun.

If you're going to add RLV to the standard viewer, it should be the RLV package, not RLVa. There are several things that are defined in the RLV API which are not fully implemented in RLVa. In particular the vision controls which have never been fully implemented.

Beside of that: Why should somebody (new customers) fiddle around with verify themself ... with a maybe complicated and "data sharing" progress ... ... while other competitors of SL (eg. "VRchat"), which also might be see to be also "so much cooler", just only demand on the "industrial standard" (eg. "Yes, I am 18 or older" or "Date of Birth")? And where the parents are the responsible person for raising their kids ... and not the 5~8,000,000,000 other people of the world? Oh ... and ... where the parents are also the most easy way to break through ANY kind of (payable) progress you can imagine, as their brats just can "borrow" their IDs as most easy? Hopefully Keira (or better the team, that deals with the stuff behind) silently drops it ... or maybe them are responsible for dropping SL to being meaningless and closed.

Why are links never left in utube description box or in a pinned comment here on utube to make it easy for people who do not know how to suggest things to improve sl? I feel like more traffic for responses would happen if it was made easier for residents. I myself do not really understand how to get to a feedback page stated before. Can links be posted with utube videos where legit suggestions can be sent?

As a fan of the Tremors movies this level scared and delighted me. Get off the ground Jaden! Get off the ground!!!

A lot of the new features have been a long time coming, but I am glad we are finally getting them in SL. It will really help to keep the interest and longevity of the platform moving into the future. That being said, some extra memory for scripting is really going to be necessary as we move into a more modern era, or we're going to end up with a lot more spaghetti code and script count just to handle all the extra data necessary.

Is the modesty layer only for mobile app users?? If we use Firestorm to log in, will our avis be required to wear a modesty layer? I missed any prior talk of this.
