Im trying to loose some weight and hit the gym regularly this year :) My word (or two idk) for 2025 is self-love <3 I also have many other goals but i’ve been depressed for three years and its kind of a new start for me with all this self-care and new habits since i physically couldn’t bring myself to change anything but my mental health is now very stable and i cut off some toxic friends which allowed me to finally have space for taking care of myself!! Yippie Im taking things slow and trying some stuff out :) Good luck to you girl!

the lines are due to the flickering of the light being at a different frame rate to your camera recording, try some different framerates (i find my osmo pocket 3 conflicts with my lights if i film at 30 or 60 fps, so i use 25 or 50!)
