I bought one for my 5 year old! It was intended for Christmas but i got so nervous that she would think it was silly that I went ahead and gave it to her early. Lo and behold she LOVES it!! We got the playtime puppy and bee. I just ordered the wizard and a blank creative Tonie! She will be thrilled to get those for Christmas!

The most helpful video with setting up my tonie! We have commercial highspeed internet, and tonie was not compatible, so this hotspot with second tablet/ computer method did the trick!!! Many thanks!

It works quickly if you sign in from a browser instead of going through the app!! Set it up in less than 10 minutes!! Was having trouble connecting to WiFi so I switched to my browser and bam it connected!

@gemmagovier6237 I was having trouble too. The only thing I found that worked was turning off the auto connect for my wifi before I connected to the Tonie wifi connection.

I spent about 1 1/2 hrs. trying to connect to WiFi via the app. I tried connecting to WiFi via the website and it worked right away. I suggest avoiding the app until they can fix the bugs.

Do not use the set up of the app. Use your browser and login on the website. They have a different set up there that works. With the app it did not work and like this I was successful. It is working now and my daughter loves it!
