My #! 1 tip for weight loss is to meal prep. I have been meal prepping for 2 months and have lost 20 lbs. I have not been working out. I literally just changed my diet and what I eat. I have a protein shake for breakfast, a meal prep for lunch, a snack which is usually fruit and a meal prep for dinner and that's it. No fast food, no eating out and no snacks, no alcohol. Some of the things I meal prep are chicken, fish, steak, asparagus, rice, sweet potatoes, potatoes, etc. snacks is fruits, grapes, watermelon, pineapple, apple, yogurt and etc.

I would walk every day. Lift weights 3 times a week. Track your calories. Weight loss comes down to burning more calories than you consume. Stay away from high caloric foods like mayonnaise, peanut butter, fast food, etc. Try to only drink water because juices have calories that can add up quickly. Good luck.

How do you blend your hair and the weave to look so natural?

I just got this kinda hair installed and I didn’t know how to maintain it because my normal hair is a big ol Afro puff so this was a very helpful video!

I purchased isee Mongolian hair unit it didn't last a month i use top of the line products that hair balled up so bad it looked like a bail of cotton about shedding don't believe them excessive shedding is a no no minimal okay and it's not low maintenance no curly hair is low maintenance i purchased from the company

Everything fits so well but the black and white jumper is awesome
