I have been begging my stylists over and over for years and years this IS HOW I WANTED MY HAIR HIGHLIGHTED! Take wide full chunks of hair and bleach it etc also start in the back! My hair takes a long time to process so if you start there it will work to our advantage! I am so thrilled to have run into this video! Not sure where she works but bravo to you for an excellent job and now I have a video to show my stylist how to do what I want! Full highlights and not having to section each piece you pull and just bleach the whole piece you have done exactly how I feel that a good chunky highlight should look! 💋💋💋💋💋 I’m going in a few weeks to have my highlights done and hope to be just as thrilled with my outcome! Some stylists don’t know how to be creative and try new things and honestly this here is a great teaching video. In/out and you can do more clients and make money!!!

So, how did you shampoo & rinse her hair without having the blue stain her entire head? The only method I have ever found to work is to use a frosting cap......which does not allow for the look you have here.
@thehaircolorguru Жыл бұрын
The color line I use doesn’t bleed on to the blonde hair…I rinse with cold water and I also apply conditioner on the blonde hair and rinse the blue out separately.

@kellydupree67104 күн бұрын
Usually do a few back-to-back without dropouts around the entire hairline where you want the most brightness. Nape of the neck shows when you pull hair up in ponytail or bun, and also when hair is brought in front of the shoulders, it can brighten up the look.

I tried this foil placement today on a client and followed it pretty much to a t and while it was very fast and the end result dried and styled looked very blonde and pretty it seemed to me in the back there were a lot of lines that really weren’t too bad once I dried the hair but it was something I’ve never experienced before. I didn’t have slips or bleeders so this confuses me. I’m not sure of what I did wrong could someone please tell me what they think it is?
@thehaircolorguru3 жыл бұрын
It really depends on the density of the clients hair. If you are getting lines try feathering the lightener where the foil stops.
