I played against an A4 android 19 user today, honestly i never get mad at games i just get better.... but this was like playing the worst possible player with the lowest skill imaginable that you just can't beat for SOME reason. He didn't outclass me, didn't out play me, just spammed what seemed like unlimited ki blast that broke my block until he got close enough to grab me, repeat till i die. If you do manage to deflect one of the bigger ki blasts they just spam smaller ones until they hit because you try and reposition then they repeat the process. If anyone here thinks that is out playing me, challenge me.

During the 4th melee attack with A17 press triangle he’ll turn them around helps me a bunch setting people up.

How did you not know that 19's grab gets rid of sparking? Too busy crying to notice that before?

The thing is that the way the Tenkaichi series is designed, it is pretty difficult to have a competitive setting torwards it. The Tenkaichi 3 competitive scene only exists because the players themselves play with self imposed rules and character bans. Even so, the top tiers and charscters used are just a few out of the total.

What made FighterZ fun and I feel infinitely replayable is that every character had the same amount health and you could have characters like Krillin or Yamcha or even Videl be viable because of it. Making characters intentionally unbalanced is, in my opinion, going to ruin the longevity of this game and reduce it to something you just play with your mates.

Like I said, the skill [after image strike] if I was to use it against my opponent the skills ability should instantly stop the moment i start to attack him.... it should only be used as a defense skill.... cause right now it's both defense (cause you dodge everything) and offense (cause you can attack while it's still active), which is bull crap

Should definitely try utilising revenge counters more often if you're playing a character with bad skill abilities especially if you're at max skill gauge, works on vanish attacks and it restores some ki (if it hits). PS. pretty sure the number of follow up attacks is based on what tier of character they are, similar to super armor stagger, its usually 2 for most.

I think you should try dbs A-17, he's a lot better

That gogeta was obviously lagging the match on purpose, I've fought many people that lag switch and it's f*cking annoying. Solid matches man! That future trunks match was the best one imo. Congrats on that S rank 🎉

Hilarious the tournament is limited to what characters can be played LOL so somebody can’t go in on a skilled toon and wreck everybody, just have to play meta. BORING

Perhaps the tournament is being used as a test so they can witness first hand all the types of cheese that can be pulled out in this game. Hopefully they make changes accordingly after the fact.

Game has so much depth, but unfortunately Autospark, Unblockables and Afterimage Strike make all your skill matter much less.

@5:19 This fight right here is why i say the damage needs to be reworked across the board for this game. Bt3 didnt have this problem. That guy did fck all that whole match not a combo a super counter or anything he strictly won off damage he got off vanishes and auto comboes.

Imma try harder to learn that super counter cuz that was nuts (at the beginning) im trying to get the hang of it but its real rough

same I played the game for the first two weeks putting in about 40 hours and it was super fun because I'm a big fan of the anime and bt3. Then I deleted it because of the zero skill trash community playing with trash characters who have annoying abilities like the Senzu Bean and spammers to win I’ve loved Dragon Ball since childhood especially BT3 but it is what it is

Final Cooler has a pretty complete kit. Barrier skill for blocking ults/get out of combos. Two separate techs to combo from the front. Flying kicks, gut punch, rolling hammer and Ki wave. Step in sway. A cheap and fast beam super that finishes up combos really nicely. 4.5 bars of health. Harder to stagger because hes a big boi. Fast Ki blasts. Hes everything you could want in a character if you are skilled enough to make use of all his little intricacies. I noticed in your initial 3 string combo that you try and go for the timing reset at the end or ki blast but you can alternatively go for a sweep/soft lift tech or a z dash reset. Mixing in those too will make it less likely they tech out of your combo or just turn around and block like ult gohan did towards the end. the only nearly useless thing in his kit is the paralysis beam. Id rather have a move that replenished Ki. Then hed be perfect.
