Tarvata family member health issue valla avvaledu. Ippatiki kudirindi. I live in Hyderabad so getting information is not easy for me.

For few elements they are keeping the same design but the actual mall is bigger than Hyderabad and this is not going to be your average mall... They tied up with a big architectural firm and the plan is to make this mall intune with nature around it..

They will construct an IT tower... They initially considered constructing the IT tower on the land to the left of the mall. However, it appears that the plan has been revised. The mall will now be extended to the left, and the IT tower will be constructed on the land to the right of the mall. If I get any updates, I'll post another video.

I don't think so. Construction is in the halfway stage and stores will be decided during fit out, which will be in 2025.

The tallest upcoming skyscraper in Vizag will be the navy sailors' quarters at Nausena Baugh, with 41 floors. However, civilians likely won't have access to this building. Currently, the tallest building is the Lansum Oxygen Towers, which has 35 floors. For a building to be considered a skyscraper, it typically needs to be at least 100 meters tall and have around 35 floors. Most other buildings in Vizag don't meet these criteria.There is also a 28-floor residential and commercial building under construction next to the WNS office in Siripuram. In the future, I plan to make a detailed video about upcoming skyscrapers in vizag, but for now, there isn't much more to discuss, aside from the fact that buildings with 17 to 20 floors are becoming quite common.

IMAX theater comes at a cost... Because of the state's movie ticket cap, IMAX is out of our reach unless they receive an exemption from this cap.

@@ARTechandLifestyle should cone in upcoming mall of Inorbit or ASN mall, because I experienced a movie in IMAX, Best cinematic experience ever. Cap is like cosmo city. Vizag is best n perfect for cosmo city.

Vizag is 17th in terms of population but 10th in terms of GDP. We have great potential, resources, and manpower, but we lack government reforms, good leadership, decision-making, and focus. This is enough to keep us a tier 3 city forever. We will not get IMAX and other better amenities until our politicians change their attitude and dedication towards our land and people.

​@@ARTechandLifestylethis scenario will change once if vizag becomes capital of AP, or else vizag will be forever a tier 2 city, don't believe someone saying vizag will develop on its own irrespective of capital, it will emerge as financial capital or fintech city etc names, no it won't if some other city within the state portrayed as growth engine. So, let's hope for vizag to be capital, as nothing is in our hands right now.
