Yes. FC 24 will require active PS Plus subscription to play with other Playstation members like other all AAA titles like GTA 5, CoD MW, WWE2K24 and others.

Though if you want to play online multiplayer with other playstation members for free there are many games available like Genshin Impact, PUBG, Apex Legends, Fortnite, etc.

I am recording my previous few videos from my iPhone with resolution of 1080p with 60 fps. However, when I edit them before uploading on KZbin, the frame rate doesn't remains constantly 60.

PS4 is discontinued long way back by Sony and are not manufacturing new ones. You can get second hand roughly between Rs. 15k to 20k depending on condition in online and offline markets in india.
