Yes, speak your truth. Dont worry about what other people think about your life choices and dont try to please others. Be real and honest, even if it's hard to talk about. I've also made some bad choices in my past, I have a lot of regrets that I'm still struggling to come to terms with. I'm not proud of it, but that's part of my life story. Keep it real, Gbenie.

Talk about a wakeup call from the Holy Spirit. I've heard of something called phantom pain syndrome from people who had to have a limb amputated. Maybe you're experiencing something similar from your experience with sickle cell? I'm not sure. It sounded like God was telling you to detox your life, in both a physical and spiritual sense. Life is full of pain and hurts, some of which we carry with us our whole lives. In your case, you may still experience pain from having had sickle cell for the rest of your life, and it sucks. And you can try all the vices you can think of to try and dull the pain. Sure, they make you feel good for a little while, and then that good feeling fades away. It's a temporary fix to a longterm problem. There's a song by Skillet called "Better Than Drugs" and it talks about the love of Jesus being better than any prescription drug. Jesus is the Great Physician and he can heal you better than any drug can. He has worked miracles in your life. If Jesus can take away and cure you from your sickle cell anemia, then He can take care of any other pains or hurts that you may have. Hope this helps you and I hope you go into 2025 refreshed and detoxed.

If I've learned anything about teaching Bible stories recently, especially if it's to children, some details should probably be left out of the narrative. People probably dont need to know that David was naked while he was dancing for God. At least, you are able to laugh at yourself for making a silly mistake like this. Also, KZbin is weird sometimes so dont let them get you down. You just keep doing the Lord's work on here.

Mark 4:39 tells us that Jesus woke up from the boat and rebuked the storm and the wind. And they were calm. But first, He had to wake and then spoke into existence what He wanted from the Father. Jesus is so amazing my KZbin families. I woke up feeling so crappie today, but once I started stepping out in obedient to Him, the whole day was just completely turned around by Him. Talking about making the storms and the winds listen to Him! Right?!! That's our All Sufficient God!!
