i see 3 without drugs

when i take a bath and soak in the tub to relax my muscles i close my eyes and after awhile i start seeing keiloscope and spirals of many colors and it draws me in each time. After a certain time I see bright white in the center and then it whips right out and goes in every direction interacting with all of the other colors. Its a wonderful feeling but scary at the same time.

When I'm high, I can daydream with my eyes half open, and the coolest part is that my remaining vision will influence the daydream setting. And it only happens when I'm in a good relaxed state. It's my version of meditating or spending time in the ethereal aspect of myself. Which has no identity or real form and is always mostly positive. Finding little things for yourself like this, experiences you discover unique to your perspective, is essential. For me at least.

So I'm a level above a 5? I can see all of these upto 5 but can cleanly see them, control how they move and change the shape or color of the patterns I see. I did used to practice meditation so maybe that is why? I thought everyone could at least do the kaleidoscope one. Interesting.

It's real no bs

I've always had level 3 but brighter colors without actual patterns, more like blobs and shapes moving around. I always thought the skin on my eyelids were thin and let too much light get through. Lol. I always had to sleep in darkness. That helped. But I'm in my 50s now and for the last year it has become much worse in the dark, making my head hurt, and only better with a light on while I sleep. So strange.

When I close my eyes, I see random stars flying to the middle and then they turn into blue circle grids that move but dissapear at the end and appear at the start, just that, sometimes it doesn't really happen, but it happened more likely when i was little.

I've always seen level three without even trying.

What about actual closed eye "movies" or compilations of images that probably don't really exist.(during alcohol withdrawal)?

For me i feel everything around me including colors rather than actually seeing when i close my eyes.it is as vivid as if i have my eyes open but i can *see* behind myself too.when i am about to fall asleep i see lv 5 hallucinations(without the blurrynes)and in what i call semi-sleep paralysis i have beyond level 5 hallucinations😊

It happened after I've been doing meditation and mindfulness practices. I was scared it was some neurological condition or something, but now that I've watched your video I feel more relieved

I see level three but it’s always changing and trippy looking and has been like that since I was a kid

I was level 3 since childhood and it's never changed.

I was born visually impaired. I have nystagmus where my eye move involuntary. When I am very stressed, tired and over stimulated I can experience all levels in one sitting. When my mom was dying that week was crazy, it was like tetrus was on acid. The blocks were like stick figures were salsa dancing. And because of my VI I also have that echolocation. Best example of me seeing the highest level that you talked about. My eyes are shut, just had eye surgery, my mom was guiding me through a room. My brain and eyes will put static images of furniture or tables. And add on echolocation, it’s like I can feel sound bounce off objects and depending on how it sounds is how close the actual object or like a wall. It trips me out because I want to steer and try to focus on that image. And also my eyes still move even if my eyes are close so a lot of thing jump around. One last thing if one eye is open and the other eye is closed, my brain starts to merge what I am seeing with my eye open. It is like my brain is trying to fill the void. But during all of this is happening my closed eye start to get back to that highest level it’s so crazy! I mean if this this is truly my non conscious is flashing images. But I just can’t focus. Maybe meditation could help. Slow down my body and even my brain and eyes from the movement. But if this a gift I really want to tap into it!

I have seen Las Meninas twice in the Prado. I also wrote a dissertation on the painting as part of my Fine Art/Art History degree at the University of Newcastle upon Tyne in the UK. I wondered if the red cross was added afterward because Valesquez was prevented from getting his 'Donship" owing to having a Sephardic connection in his family. He had to go to Rome to clear this up. Some people see something with their eyes closed because they are slightly seeing 1% of other "dimensions". I can slightly see astral bodies. Science is still way behind to be able to get into this.
