Beautiful place. I walked that beach every weekend in the 60's while attending Brentwood College. It is a magnificent waterfront. Nice home!

The only thing I’m thinking this type of home is for a couple who are either empty nesters, retirees, or those who make the lifestyle choice because they don’t want a car or yard maintenance. How far is it to transit services? What are the costs?

Only saw 2 bedrooms, I think. Very nice but that waterfront deck fence needs replacing as if one fell that fence ( needs a railing) would fall down with one as not strong enough. Thx a lot.

Stephen I used to live in Colwood bc and came to Calgary to visit my grqndchildren and got stuck in calgary where the cold goes right the windows( I have been trying to get back for months now
