There are definitely people moving to the low country or getting a second home. Most of the people I’m discussing are those that are still wanting to be in the “greater Charlotte area” which is why Fort Mill, Rock Hill, etc make a lot of sense!

Steve, thanks so much for featuring SWRL and capturing its essence as a community gathering space. As Chair of Union County Library Foundation, we are the fundraising “arm” for Union County Libraries. Through our Capital Campaign, some of the amenities you mentioned in the well-done video were gifted by individuals, corporations, and grants.
