Their music helped me through my darkest most lonely point in life this track makes me feel a comfortable calm. So sorry about Jeremiah.

Live events shouldn’t be cookie cutter experiences. If you get upset because the live band isnt playing a song you like the exact same way it is on the album, then you probably should just save your money, and stick with KZbin and Spotify. 👍 Anyone pissed about sure has hell probably doesn’t listen to Led Zeppelin, or at seen any of their live concert movies they’d make. They never played the same song the same way twice. None of their songs are played live how they are on the record. EVERY SONG. Tool does it, System of a Down, MGMT did it, A Perfect Circle, Pucifer, Fair to Midland, Deftones, Black Sabbath, The Who, The Doors, Pink Floyd(pre and post-dark side of the moon) and tons of other band. Playing the same songs over and over city after city, for sometimes almost a whole year, would drive me close to mad. I’d probably end up hating own music. But if you can play the song differently, then you can still give fans the songs they wanna hear, but at the same time not get bored with them. Plus, I think a band that just plays the songs EXACTLY like they are on the record LIVE is kinda lazy and does a disservice to the fans. You gotta give the fans something for paying ridiculous prices and driving g who knows how far for how long to see your band live. You gotta give them something that they would have missed out on if they hadn’t come to see the see the show. You know like Jimmy Paige playing Dazed and Confused with a violin/Cello bow. Like we, as fans, sure as fuck would never have gotten to see such an iconic classic rock moment if Zeppelin had just kept their heads down and just played Dazed and Confused the same way they always had. whoa, doesn’t that just sound so exciting? I think I might have a heart attack if it got any more exciting.

8 years after seeing this video for the first time and I still can't forgive the crowd for not letting those harmonic bends at the end ring out in silence. What I'd give for the soundboard audio of this performance.

~~~~~~~~~~🌌🌊🐬🪐🌟~~~~~~~~~~ Everything that keeps me together is falling apart I've got this thing that I consider my only art Of fucking people over My boss just quit the job Says he's going out to find blind spots And he'll do it The third planet is sure that they're being watched By an eye in the sky that can't be stopped When you get to the promised land You're gonna shake that eye's hand Your heart felt good It was dripping pitch and made of wood And your hands and knees Felt cold and wet on the grass to me Well, outside, naked, shivering, looking blue From the cold sunlight that's reflected off the moon Baby cum angels, fly around you Reminding you we used to be three and not just two And that's how the world began And that's how the world will end Well a third had just been made And we were swimming in the water Didn't know then Was it a son, was it a daughter? When it occurred to me That the animals are swimming Around in the water In the oceans, in our bodies And another had been found Another ocean on the planet Given that our blood is just like the Atlantic And how The universe is shaped exactly like the earth If you go straight long enough you'll end up where you were The universe is shaped exactly like the earth If you go straight long enough you'll end up where you were The universe is shaped exactly like the earth Your heart felt good It was dripping pitch and made of wood And your hands and knees Felt cold and wet on the grass to me Well, outside naked, shivering, looking blue From the cold sunlight that's reflected off the moon Baby come angels, fly around you Reminding you we used to be three and not just two And that's how the world began And that's how the world will end Well, a third had just been made And we were swimming in the water Didn't know then Was it a son, was it a daughter? When it occurred to me That the animals are swimming Around in the water In the oceans, in our bodies And another had been found Another ocean on the planet Given that our blood is just like the Atlantic And how Well, the universe is shaped exactly like the earth If you go straight long enough you'll end up where you were The universe is shaped exactly like the earth If you go straight long enough you'll end up where you were The universe is shaped exactly like the earth Everything that keeps me together is falling apart I've got this thing that I consider my only art Of fucking people over #thesanitymachine 🔥🖤🔥 0:44👁️ 2:28🎻 2:58🌹🪐✨❤️
Oh my fuggin gawd... It's a wonderfully beautiful song. Done by my fave band since 1997. It's amazing it looks great, sounds even better and... We can actually see it and enjoy via KZbin... The technical side or musicians input, impressions, and experience with a guitarist mind... Is even that much more to appreciate. I don't play guitar and I wish I could... So to hear through their prism... Is really insightful and cool. I love modest mouse. To hear insight and knowledge as to his technique, his ear, in theory, is fucking amazing... So just enjoy the song, the experience you're immersed in and smile. This isn't a fucking game show. Who gives a fuck what your opinion is about... Anything? In fact mine is as dumb as the next! BUT I'm not wrong... Ha! Got ya all!
