Only about 5 million to next gen consoles that get 60 fps. 20 million of us are playing at 30fps on PS4 or Xbox one. IJS....

if anyone is still getting recommended this, i will warn you not to use Long Loading Times Fix as it corrupts files often and breaks the game making you reinstall it. either use Load Accelerator or edit the settings INI of High FPS Fix to decrease your load times so you don’t corrupt your game files

I created a ww2 paratrooper outfit and ww2 infantry outfit on gtav as well as some other outfits from like Vietnam I took me along while to find the right components to use to do it but I did it just wish I could use oxblood road boots instead of the ox blood boots for my brown gorka pants

The institute one looks like one of the things from the half life 2 concept art. I don’t know the name of the enemy but it looks almost exactly like that armor but a brown/tan color with just less bulky limbs
