Terrible and disappointing experience!! We have been dealing with V-Tac for 2 years and bought many products from them, including a container. However, we have never faced problems with any other supplier as with V-Tac. Especially with their employee Chadi who is not polite at all in dealing with customers. Recently, we had issues with many products purchased from V-Tac. We contacted them to take care of the guarantee, but they refused to do so. According to the European Consumer Centers (ECC), a defective product must be fixed at no cost to you. You also have the right to receive compensation for extra costs you have because of the defect on the product. This may, for example, be expenses for traveling to the company. If a company charges for a warranty measure, you can report the company to the Swedish Consumer Agency. However, we have already taken responsibility for half of the damaged products and paid the shipping cost which was too high. But also they refused and the excuse was the product is not in stock. At the end, we decided to report them to ECC (European Consumer Centers) and Konsumentverket in Sweden after they refused to replace all the damaged products and asked to ship it to them for measure. Anyone can check V-Tac products on our website LAMPHALLEN AB and ask for a copy of our emails with them. Careful !! and hope this is helpful for all.

Hello, I recently got one of yours: LED Smart Panel 40W 600 x 600mm 3in1 for testing, i intent to install 4 of these in my apartment, however, i am not sure your smart switches are the right kind for the job. I am searching for switches that turn the light off by signal, not by cutting power, as i want to put automation in place that alters the parameters of the light based on time (dim, change temperature after certain hours) if i cut the power to the light, this automated change of parameters doesnt transfer to the light. This scenratio could cause it to blast me with 50% intensity cold white instead of desired 10% intensity warm white after certain hour - i tested this. To the point: Can any of your switches turn the smart light off by signal, rather than by cutting power to it?

Hi - what to do if the lights dont go into parring mode when turning on-off 3 times? The lights just lids up in a cold white mode instead of blinking rapidly as expected.

The are so bad, the drivers burns up after a few 1k of running! 7 of 12 is dead for me and big risk of fire!

Horrible non functioning product. The bulbs do not all initialise after a 10” break and 3 times on-off within 2-4 seconds: a joke. The app doesn’t pair properly etc. pure con if you ask me. The very few times I managed to get it working, it disconnected from the network after a few days. The app is disgustingly unintuitive. Waste of time (and money).

I've been trying to pair them with my phone, but I can't get them to blink rapidly, I tired holding ON for couple seconds, same with OFF and even on-off-on-off-on with a short interval. Please help me
