@@robrenee1 when I was in school they make me use SoundGym.co is really good to train your ears. Also if you go to musicguymixing.com there’s many images of How to Eq each instrument. For ex. U need more clarity on a guitar. In the image shows u in what frequency range you can look for it.

@ do you recommend Logic Pro for new/intermediate artists? I am deciding between Logic and Ableton. I currently use Waveform

I do! 100% I used different Daws before Logic. Cubase, Pro tools, Adobe Audition, Fl studio , Reason. Logic interface felt easier for me. I never used Ableton tho. But I think you should try them both and see where u feel more comfortable working.
