@@DorothySnow-jb1os Really? I'm a certified phlebotomist. Intramuscular means in the muscle which on a newborn is 5 - 10 millimeters below the surface. She went in almost 2 centimeters with that needle then she told the baby to shut up. That's very bad. Maybe you need some help dealing with your anger?
