"Lights up after 30 seconds and then click on the direct lights off"? What does that even mean? Just bought the light but this 30 second stuff is confusing?

Hi, the light has four modes. In any mode, the light will stay on for 30 seconds before turning off if the button is pressed once more.

Hey, what's the preferred means of charging my GL-4 flashlight/21GT-E50 battery? Direct USB-C or removing the battery and charging in the K2A charger faster? Both the GL-4 and K2A didn't come with their own power-box, just cables I believe so is there some ideal setup that is preferred or specified by Klarus?? Like, what is the max tolerable input/output amperage/voltage/wattage for each, the K2A charger from the wall and to the battery and seperately, the 21GT-E50 battery in the GL-4 flashlight?? Like, does it support Qualcom Quick CHarge 3.0, 4.0, etc? Does it support PD? Does that work when plugging directly into any old USB or are the K2A/GL-4's designed to work specifically @ USB 3.0,,3.1,3.2 ports or some specific QC version or PD spec with specific wattage/voltage/amperage chargers? Do the USB ports you plug into just have to be the appropriate USB 3.0 or newer or does it have to plug into a QC 3,4,5 or PD designed wall-jack in order to achieve optimum speeds? What are those optimum speeds/spec? Gl-4 direct charge for 21700 or K2A battery only charge?

Hello Klarus Flashlight friends, I'm from Brazil and I bought a Klarus XT21C flashlight a year ago on Aliexpress and now it was defective, and the seller didn't respond to my request to activate the warranty. This way, I am contacting the people at the factory directly to request an exchange of the product or a repair of the flashlight. The defect that the flashlight has is that it does not turn off. The lantern never fell to the ground and never took any knocks. Thank you very much in advance for your kindness in responding to my request. Yours sincerely, Oliveira

WHY do you guys insist on using the lumens spacing you do? The G15 100/500/2000/4000. This light would habe been so much better if it had a "30 lumens"/LOW".... and a 250 lumens between 100/500.....then maybe 1000 or 1200 lumns before 2000.... 360X3---10/500 3200??? How about a 1200 lumens/HIGH?? and a 30 lumens LOw??
